We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We aim to dispatch orders on the same working day provided the order is received before 12:00 noon and the item is in stock. During particularly busy periods, same-day dispatch may not always be possible.

UK Deliveries

Within the UK, we primarily use Royal Mail 1st Class as our standard delivery option. This service does not include tracking. Royal Mail aims to deliver most 1st Class post on the next working day (including Saturdays); however, this is a general guideline and not a guaranteed service.

We also offer Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, which requires a signature upon delivery and provides limited tracking confirmation. Royal Mail aims to deliver 2nd Class Signed For items within 2–3 working days, though delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

In some cases, we may use Evri for UK deliveries. Evri services usually include tracking, allowing customers to follow their parcel’s progress. Estimated delivery times with Evri are typically 2–5 working days from dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and operational demand.

International Deliveries

International orders are usually dispatched using Royal Mail international services, the majority of which do not include tracking. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• Europe: approximately 3–5 working days

• United States: approximately 5–10 working days

• Canada: may take slightly longer

• Rest of the world: approximately 10–14 working days
